House rules
There aren’t many, so please please stick to them ...
Pets
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the house.
Smoking
Absolutely NO smoking in the house. If you do smoke in the house we will have to charge you for a deep clean, re-painting the walls, and replacement furniture ... so just don’t do it please.
Noise
We are close friends with many of our lovely neighbours. While we do want you to be able to have a good time while at the Meadow House, please keep it down past bed time hours.
Broken Items
Please let us know if anything has been broken during your stay so we can arrange to replace before the next guests.
Lock
Please remember to always lock the door when leaving the house. As you can see, we have put a lot of valuable items into our home.

You are more than welcome to fill out the below form to get in contact with us and we will assist you through the booking process on AirBnb.
